On This Day in History: January 29,

1861 – Kansas admitted as the 34th state

It is less than 90 days until the Midterm Elections on 8 November. The first defense to our constitution and the Constitutional Republic it established is the Ballot Box. If you are a citizen of the United States and over 18 years old and do NOT vote, you are part of the problem.

We the People, the citizens of the United States, are the government. The government is NOT our elected politicians in Washington. The President, Vice-President, our Representatives and Senators are our elected servants. We the People are responsible for the government we elect. If our elected politicians are moving our Constitutional Republic in the wrong direction, We the People are responsible because we sent them to Washington.

Einstein’s definition of insanity was to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. If you want a different result for our Constitutional Republic, you may have to vote for a candidate who is NOT a member of your traditional party. If you want to remain the master of your own fate and not be dependent on the government for your livelihood, you may have to vote for a candidate who is NOT a member of your traditional party.

The Savior of all mankind said in His sermon on the mount, “Ye shall know them by their fruits.” (KJV: Matthew 7:16) If your elected representative are NOT supporting what is near and dear to your heart, only you can change that by your vote.

The choice is clear. Our Constitutional Republic is once again at a fork in the road. The fork to the left leads We the People into a Welfare Socialist State under an oligarchy of political elites and one party rule. The fork to the right leads us back to Liberty and Freedom where We the People remain the government that our Founding Fathers bequeathed us and which our ancestors preserved by a Civil War. The question, as always, remains, “Do We the People vote for Liberty or do we vote for slavery.”

May God Bless and Save the United States of America —
Our Constitutional Republic !
